CHAMPIONSHIP OF CREATIVE INSPIRATION “THIS IS YOUR REACTION”
April 2025—Something fun happened during our hangouts: Natasha took over organizing and running the game—and did it with great creativity and formulas. The game was called “Tse Tvoya Reaktsiya” (This Is Your Reaction). We even joked that her formulas and scripts might replace Kahoot one day.

About the game “Tse Tvoya Reaktsiya”
🦄 Game rules “Tse Tvoya Reaktsiya”
Players: 12
Questions: 144
Length: until all players have answered (can be limited if needed)
Props: good vibes only
📌 Goal of the game
To have fun, connect better, and share perspectives in a playful atmosphere.
🎲 How we play
Players take turns answering.
Turn order is random. Each player gets the same number of questions, and each one is unique—no repeats.
🧑💻 A script randomly and evenly distributes all 144 questions between players.
Everyone gets a chance to shine and receives something unique 😉 Whoever answers then picks the next player to answer.
During or right after the answer, everyone else rates it using the Tolerance Scale in a Google Form📌
🎯Scoring—It’s not anonymous but don’t worry! I’ll delete all answers right after the game in front of everyone.
🏁Game finale
We calculate each player’s total score

Celebrate and admire the person with the highest average—they get a prize from the boss🏆❤️

What We Learned
The 144 questions, which pulled us in like a deep-sea sub, led to lots of fun discoveries—it felt like we got to know each other all over again. Here are some of the highlights:
- If we became cartoon characters, Natasha would picture us as the Krusty Krab from SpongeBob.
- If our office turned into a kingdom, Anya Ponomaryova would be the sorceress.
- If Vlad became a superhero, he’d definitely be GoogleAdsMan.
- Anya Ovchinnikova would lead the marketing team at Louis Vuitton.
- Yulian would write a detective novel with a blind main character who has a special gift for solving crimes.
- If Natasha became a school teacher, she’d teach valeology.
- We also learned a lot about food preferences. If someone had to eat one dish for the rest of their life, Roman Illyushko would choose Greek salad. Roma Chaika always buys tomatoes, meat, and beer—no surprise, because if “support” were a mascot, his would be beer. Anya Ponomaryova prefers tea, made in a special way and only from a big cup.
- Vlad said that if productivity had a smell, it would be fresh pastry.
- For Serhii, the smell of Worksection sometimes reminds him of a gym—sensory questions like these were fun too.
- Speaking of Worksection: Mykola would want to earn the title of generalissimo in task management.
- Yulia got almost all the questions about colors—and it turns out she loves mermaid color and dislikes buttery yellow. She also said she’d give herself an award for wit.
- For the apocalypse, Vlad would take three things: a laptop, a mouse, and coffee, and he’d send a text to the year 2030.
- Yulian defines work happiness as when everything works—and Vitya Rozovyi would be his first guest on his own talk show.
- Mykola got all the money-related questions—he had to allocate $7.5 billion and also $1 million for developing the office.
- Ivan would love to bring back the forgotten trend of stable internet.
- We also learned who “hugs” Ivan with Google Sheets—it’s Mykola.
- And, fun fact: there is a Google Sheets Day—it’s on October 17.
- For Ivan, the end of the work week feels like the soundtrack to Fight Club.

Results
Roma Chaika won this game—by a small margin—and received 250 magnesium capsules as a prize.
Yes, we always pick our gifts with a sense of humor.

Thanks for playing—it felt like getting to know each other all over again, and we had a great time for 4+ hours.
