We don’t offer CRM setup as a separate service for new clients. The only exception is our existing customers who work with us on Google Ads or Paid Social. It’s important for us to track all sales analytics and lead sources in one place.
So, if you’d like us to help you set up your CRM, we’d be happy to do that as part of our advertising services. Plus, you’ll get a nice discount if you order multiple services together.
Usually, CRM systems are integrated by special integrators who set up the CRM. They might have specific requirements for marketers, depending on the CRM.
For example, HubSpot doesn’t have any special requirements. It automatically imports the Google Ads account and tags the traffic on its own.
Other CRM systems may recommend using specific UTM parameters. When integrators provide these instructions, we then adjust our Google Ads campaigns accordingly. This allows the CRM to identify which traffic is from Google Ads, and which traffic is coming from other sources.
Most likely, your CRM won’t be able to tell the difference between organic and direct traffic unless there’s an extra tracking code (script) installed on your website.
Please provide us with admin access to your CRM. This way, we can check exactly what is needed to track advertising and organic traffic separately.
If you’re looking to drive sales immediately, PPC or media ads are excellent options. If you want to generate sales in the future, SEO is the way to go.
