/01 Send CV

Don’t forget your cover letter. Indicate why you want to work with us, what marketing areas you are interested in. Often we give tasks for the attentive, do it and attach it to your cover letter.

/02 Wait for the message

If your previous experience and attentiveness test are successful, then the manager will message you. The interview will ask about experience and skills from your CV. Based on the answers, the manager decides to invite you to interview with supervisor.

/03 Interview with your supervisor

What you’ll do:

Search Ads: optimize campaigns (pick keywords, add negative keywords, create campaigns). Mindfulness test: write the name of your favorite movie in your cover letter. Follow the progress of tasks in Worksection.

Paid Social: launch ads (leads, traffic, promotion, video ads), set up integrations (chatbots, automation of leads).

SEO: coordinate the work of the content department, set tasks for copywriters, track deadlines in Worksection and Google Docs. Secret assignment to the attentive: write the name of your favorite book in the cover letter.

Google Analytics 4: analyze key indicators and provide reports. For our part, we teach you. Priority is your desire, activity and attentiveness. We welcome those who have a lot of relevant questions.

We are looking for an account manager who understands the principles of online marketing to join our team. You do not need to sell anything, you need to consult existing customers.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience with PPC and SEO.

What you’ll do:

  • Planning and reporting on client projects.
  • Issue invoices for payment and monitor payment.
  • Advise clients (assign questions to specialized specialists and build communication between them and the client).
  • Give tasks to marketers/designers.
  • Keep multiple tasks in focus. Mindfulness test: write the name of your favorite board game in your cover letter.
  • Follow the progress of tasks in Worksection.

We are looking for a copywriter who writes great texts and is attentive to deadlines.

  • It is desirable to not know what SEO or SEO text is; and don’t make commonplace spelling mistakes and you do not use AI to write text (for finding ideas or sources is acceptable). We check every text with paid services.
  • We keep in touch via mail and Telegram. If you are interested in your offer, we will contact you, details in the correspondence.
  • Piecework payment on the fact of written texts, once a week.
  • Please write your desired pay rate per 1000 characters in your CV.
  • Please mention the industry expertise you have. For example, you know about agricultural equipment or you know about mattresses.
  • Attach a portfolio or at least 2-3 links to your recent work with your authorship on the page.
